Hi, i am coming back from Amritsar and booked last seat, but unfortunately last seat is not same as other seats. There is no leg rest and recliner in the last seats. The fare is same but journey is horrible and uncomfortable. Don’t travel in intrcity bus last seat until it is very very urgent.

This is most fraud bus service, 5 star reviews are paid ones, Bus usually be late 2-3 hours They will keep you waiting or hours and will tell you at last moment Customer care don’t care much. & will only tell you about delays If you book bus at at night and reach to boarding point, at last moment they will tell you that bus will be late bu 2 hours Waiting time will keep on increasing and you be on bus stand or boarding point waiting your time with all your luggage

We took a bus from Greater Noida to Lucknow. Terrible experience. Though the bus was on time and sockets were working, the bathroom was disgusting and there was just a urinal with no female toilet. The bus was stinking and the blankets were also used and smelly. Would not recommend to any female traveller

I had lost my luggage before boarding the bus and realised it while boarding and luckily found it but had to get off. Captain Sai Ganesh followed up thoroughly and helped me board the next bus and transferred at food stop. They were kind and very helpful. Loved the customer first mindset and they went an extra mile to wait few more minutes while I grabbed my food. They did this all without worrying about their ratings this showed how they value each customer and their experience.Going to opt this service again 🙂
