Worst proxy buying service

Expect no help, assistance nor any solution if you purchased an item that is a scam, counterfeit, missing item, damaged, does not match description. Use at your own risk. Worst kind of trash customer service. Buy ur item from Taobao which can at least provide you with a resolution if there is any issue with the item. Avoid Buyee at all cost.

Fraud alert

Received a counterfeit and buyee support refused to bridge the communication with seller for a return process and subsequently insist on not leaving a review on the seller’s page to prevent other consumers from getting cheated. There are evidences and listed photos could be sent for authencity checks. I sent the bag for authentication and the result is a fake which would be obvious when looking closely at the listing photos. It is foul that a legitimate business registered with VAT is selling counterfeits illegally and buyee is refusing to assist to mediate a return. Even to the extent of not writing a feedback to alert other consumers.

Useless app Constantly have to login

This app deters buying process having to constantly login and cannot remember login like other apps. End up the app is quite useless. Using mobile website better than using this app.

Question for login in

Why the web version I can Sign in with Apple account while the App version I can’t? This needs to be explained

Expensive shipping fees

As another reviewer said, shipping costs are hidden. It is also triple the price of the original auction price. Not purchasing again.

Just don’t use it HAHAHA absolutely terrible service . Exorbitant prices and terrible customer service

The worst shopping experience ever. The quotation and timeline are not clear. The order will be proceeded automatically even if some are out of stock. I never recommend. Better to arrange by yourself. In the end mich more efficient and cheaper.
