With current app version seems like it’s harder to logging with face recognition it flashes and logs me out automatically have to do it so many times then logs me in.

A little to complicated for me, but got through it hopefully. Tommy

Mobile deposit needs serious work as it fails nearly every time

The app has all the earmarks of a programmer designed app. There seems to be little effort in including the users. The app is functional but illogical to navigate. The pdf forms produced are not uniform, one allows input another in the same app needs to be printed and hand written and scanned or photographed back into the system. The push for phone numbers does not take non-Us/Canadian numbers in account. Country codes are a real thing. Wire transfers take forever because of disparity in PDFs but a loan is done in a few hours or a day at most. Asking for a password to verify an already verified biometric is illogical. My finger print is unique and cannot be duplicated unless my correct finger is cut off and kept infused to maintain ridges. Utilization of Beta Testers among the members and listening to their ideas would produce a class A app.

This app is not going to be like a big bank with all the bells and whistles, widgets, etc… this is a local credit union and the app is a little dated. With that said, it does what you’d expect and that’s all you can ask for.
