Bad design
This app is absolutely horrible! There’s no option to add my outside bank account so I can pay my bill! This app is absolutely horrible and now I have to jump through hoops to pay this bill! I would not recommend this app or Credit Union! I guess that’s what happens when another company takes over!

Terrible Customer Service
You have terrible customer service.
Love the bank
I just love having Great Lake’s as my bank. They are so reliable.
What happened?
The mortgage site won’t let me in - there is a puppy wagging its tail? Is this even GLCU? Then it won’t let me log OUT of the mortgage portion and get back into my accounts. I used to love this app and now it’s very frustrating.
