The app started popping up 5 second unstoppable ads promoting there new products? Like WHAT, I go on the app to quickly manage my device not to watch ads

My wifi smart bulb disconnects every few days and then just blinks like crazy. After that I have to pair app again with the bulb… extremely annoying… One can only hope that this bulbs are secure and not spying on us.. im getting old school dimming bulb installed…

this is a joke, the app doesn’t connect to the bulbs, it can’t even find some of them. tried 3 times, deleting it now and changing the bulbs to smart Phillips. Phillips app works flawlessly.

Dont trust the star ratings on app store for this app. Trust me it will not work. We tried almost 100 times and it still doesnt work(doesnt connect to the wifi at all)

Unfortunately, this device is very complicated to set up, and asks for a lot of permissions that are completely unnecessary for turning a lamp on and off. It also requires mandatory user account creation. Ridiculous. I'm not renting a spaceship, I'm turning a lamp on and off. Who puts up with this?

Very very user friendly, and no hassle adding new plugs etc. One fix maybe making it easier to update the password on different devices

Since my app automatically updated to the last version the light disconnected from the app and will not reconnect no matter what I do. I can’t even use the light because it just keeps flashing. Fix it please.
