Calex Smart

It’s the worst smart system I’ve ever had, the app doesn’t connect with the bulbs, the devices are being shown as offline after not using them for a few hours and it’s extremely hard to establish the system. Not sure if it’s a problem of the app, the bulbs or the whole system but all together is simply crap and I don’t recommend it at all unless you don’t mind adding the device each time you want to switch on the lights.

just discovered this brand .. and it is very good quality … easy to install and different choices and models ! very nice !

Leider lässt sich beim Iphone SE keine Lampe manuell hinzufügen, da der Button „Weiter“ zu tief unten programiert wurde..

Verbinden van lampen met wifi is een dag taak, zeer zeer moeizaam, allen mooie instructie video’s ten spijt…. De werkelijkheid is geheel anders en komt geheel niet overeen met de instructies. Zou niemand calex smartlampen adviseren.

Hij Connect heel vaak niet en is heel traag, heel slecht

Voor een app om je lamp te bedienen moet je (nadat je al met geld voor je lampen hebt betaald) ook nog met je gegevens betalen. Dan maar zonder.

Every day several times the application loses the connection and shows that the device is turned off. After recording is finished, a message appears saying that the task could not be completed and the recording is not visible anywhere. When someone is ringing, magically the video is not available… I am sitting next to the ring and signal is 57%… Really disappointing.

Het kan een hele tijd goed gaan en dan opeens kan je niets meer bekijken of terugkijken. Opeens is er geen connectie meer. Er wordt dan dus ook niets geregistreerd Heel irritant.

Waarom werkt de app niet meer? Paar keer opnieuw geïnstalleerd maar bij niet accepteren cookies word ik eruit gegooid. De laatste update was al niet top maar nu kan ik helemaal niks meer. HELP!

Even afkijken bij Philips Hue.. Bij Calex is het zó overdreven moeilijk om groepen te maken of een ‘shortcut’ te maken voor 1 actie (alles uit of aan). Dit lukt maar voor 1 ruimte en daarna niets te vinden in de app hierover.. waarom niet wat gebruiksvriendelijker maken?
