Misleading app, beware of what you’re buying

I signed up to do body weight workouts as I do not have access to gym equipment. The very first workout it made for me requires dumbbells and barbells. If you have equipment it could be a good way to track but definitely not a body weight workout.
Cant customize a work out for your self and is not a real calisthenics workout app, its supposed to be body weight only and its not have had better results with YouTube and Pintrest for better workouts
Work out require machinery, not ideal for home use.
Tried this once, it’s (politely) garbage. Cancel this …. Stop charging me.

For one the “contact us” option does not work. It was my first option. I tried it many times, different days and same result. Second, third and fourth: I would like a refund please. The images in the exercises are not complete hence you can’t see all the positions of the exercise and explanations are poor, no video of any workout. Also, I am at home and it gives me exercises that require equipment, even though I selected Home workout. The App closes when doing the workout so it does not take your work-out time properly which is very annoying having to unlock every time. I would try some other app until they fix these.
I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription from day one but the contact us section keeps failing and the subscription doesn’t show up in my subscription se tion in settings!
