Do you joke or simply taking for a fool your customers when provide “Premium subscription” per each camera separately?! If a have the three, I have to purchase it three times?! Nonsense! Unsubscribing promptly

Canary Flex camera sends alerts like ‘Person spotted’ for every motion, like birds, snowfall, pets, etc., even if it set for ‘People only alerts mode’. Sometimes I can get up to 10 faulted alerts per night. So it can serve only as simple camera, but not as security device.

Today after the update it became very bad to work the image loads for a long time and the image quality has deteriorated significantly

You really have to add several cams (diffident locations) for one subscription. It seems ridiculous to pay for each individually and this is very inconvenient. I pay for service for myself, not pieces of hardware

Canary always auto switch mode to away. I disable auto switch mode, location and etc. If I manual switch it to home mode it self switching to away.

Works awful. Watch live doesn’t work at all. Notifications are not consistent. I’ve read that It does work better with latency to Virginia servers (had those guys herd about clouds??!! Virginia is not center of world) under 200 ms. I checked - it is ~170 ms from my place. Via browser all works much better, but to use browser you need to pay!!!! So latency is still 170 ms, but via browser it works ok 🤨. So free experience is very poor.

Часто приходится принудительно завершать приложение так как оно не загружается, при открытии появляется серый экран и значок загрузки, которые затем не исчезают. Пользуюсь устройством около полутора лет, раньше претензий не было, а сейчас приложение превратили в балалайку.

Отличное устройство и приложение. Все работает безотказно, качество видео и звука на высоком уровне.

I love my Canary! Helps me feel at ease as I can keep an eye on my teens when I am at work.
