Candy simply-Fi

Bought my candy washing machine specifically for the wifi control function. Have moved house and changed my wifi and now the app is telling me that my model of machine is no longer compatible with the app. Also, bought a brand new dishwasher when we moved with wifi compatibility and it refuses to connect to the app. Don’t bother with wifi controlled Candy/Hoover appliances.

My dishwasher has a 10 year guarantee but the software app pulled support for my machine way earlier.

I will never buy a candy or anyone of those group of companies appliances again, the apps are always terrible and makes the fact that you pay extra for WiFi pointless.

It’s super handy when it works. It opens up so much more flexibility on the programmes available. And I like the notifications when my wash is finished. However I have to delete and redownload the app about every 6 weeks. It just won’t open on my iPhone otherwise. Super annoying an definitely something that I am sure the developers could fix.

No matter what I did or tried, I could not get it to even start to register my device. Says I needed a phone that supports nfc reading and I’ve got an iPhone 15 that most definitely does support it. Disappointing

Washer/dryer no longer compatible with app. Only owned for 2x years. No response from customer service. An utter waste of money!

This application does not recognise the iPhone 16 pro as an NFC enabled device and therefore can’t utilise this to the full capacity.

I have just brought the candy smart dryer, Little to no information on how the programs work, so downloaded this app which will not connect to my dryer! When I come out the app and reopen, it refuses to stay open, so far in less than 24 hours I have uninstalled and re installed the app 6 times! I don’t know if it’s because I have an iPhone, but it’s already frustrating me! Not happy!!!

Keep getting messages at the last step even though I’ve split the frequency of my WiFi changed the password will not connect !!!

When the app works, it works great. The problem is, each time I want to use it I need to redownload it as it crashes and won’t open.
