After the last iOS update the application keeps on crashing on opening on multiple telephones. Maybe it is a good time to fix it.

The app closes as soon as opened, requiring a reinstall each time. Also the dry/washing cycle seems to be getting interrupted and I’m not sure if it’s the brand new washer or a buggy app

It was "brilliant" of you to remove this app from AppSrore in Russia, now to wash clothes I change the region and download the app again. Please do something about this, I'm tired already

All this fraud of an app does is connecting to the washer. That’s it. Zero functionality.

I have an iPhone 15 pro running iOS17.6.1 and the app will not open it constantly keeps crashing. I have uninstalled the app and re installed it, turned the phone off and on, same with the machine but the app comes up with the “title screen” and the crashes and goes away, is there any fix for this, it’s been months that the app keeps crashing…..

After downloading and opening app first time, you cannot reenter the app without it crashing, only way to get app working again is delete and redownload it. I am only using the demo function to figure out which of the multiple wash options to select. This even occurs if the app is forced closed. I do not want to register the device as it was provided as part of of rental unit and therefore I do not own it
