I’ve yet to find a bike that has a computer to control electric motor

I use Cargoroo for errands, shopping, and getting heaving things around town - or a Saturday at the park. The app works like it should, and the bikes are fun and easy to learn.

I was carrying a heavy Parcel 20 minutes from my home when I came across one of these bikes. I thought “nice, a rental bike that will fit my parcel” – but then I realized I would have to drive it home, the all the way back to where I found it, and then walk back to my home in order to use the service. This model does not make sense. It’s not how I want to use rental bikes.

The age verification part of the registration process is a joke. First it wouldn’t recognize my completely normal Dutch drivers license. Then after submitting my national id card, the app was spamming me with a notification asking me to call customer service. I’ll check again in a few months

Poor customer service and no one picks up. A trip that should of taken 20 mins took 1.5hrs terrible

App crashes time on me. Had 3 kids and was told to leave bike and take taxi. Our day was ruined. My wife had to return her bike. 4 month later and still haven’t given us our money back. I call multiple time and have been told they are too busy and will get to it as soon as possible. 4 months!!! And still nothing.

I’d love to use this service but the app seems to be unusable

The app is awful, it crashes. Buttons don’t work, you force close and still nothing. Please get some proper PMs and engineers and fix this so we can give you our $$$$

Die PIN meiner Bankverbindung und vieles mehr wird abgefragt. Habe die App gleich wieder gelöscht.

Die Eingabefelder können nicht ausgefüllt werden, weil die Tastatur nicht aktiviert wird. Meine Kreditkarte wird auch nicht gespeichert. Schade
