Carmel - Car, Taxi & Limo

Found the service on google with no solicitation or incentive and used it as an airport transfer. Perfect service from the airport and decided to try it in and around NYC. Found their prices to be similar, if not better than Uber and the app was easy to use. Didn’t have any hiccups using the service during our visit and would recommend it to tourists visiting the city. The location default makes it difficult to prebook transfers in different locations

After a long flight from Australia and very soon after collecting our bags, we were picked up just outside JFK‘s terminal by our Carmel driver. Beautiful car to accommodate the 4 of us and 6 bags. Quote was true to what was confirmed at time of booking. Highly recommend!

As a first time user of the app it is quite easy. It gets a little confused / confusing during account set up but I got through it ok. I have used Carmel before and found them to be very good: timely, polite, eager to assist. I would recommend Carmel to others wanting a reliable and good value limo service.

Waited on the phone for over twenty minutes to confirm pick up for next day. All details were made on booking yet still waited and waited and waited u til we just we hung up in disgust.

We had the dilemma of what transfer was best value for our needs. There was 4 of us and due to the shopping, had 6 large suitcases. This posed a possible issue with the Yellow Cabs. Looked online and saw a few good reviews about Carmel Limos and saw they had an app I could download. Within a few minutes of downloading the app, I had the reservation all sorted. Our driver was on time and the vehicle was clean and driver pleasant to speak to. Will definitely use Carmel again.

As a first time user, I found the questioning order quite odd.... for example, car order is in no particular order. having account set up and the end of your first initial booking is great - the app takes you straight into the booking process so you can see fees and fares etc - well done!

I truly cannot express how much this app has helped me. I am rating this App hoping it will encourage more people to Try it . Carmellimo are seriously half of the cost of regular Taxis.
