Hi, I am here to help other people , this app is amazing but I can’t take things away from my cart , I tried everything and making the quantity to 0 but I couldn’t even change it , chose wisely I say , I do have an iPhone 12 but this app dosnet work so well

This update ia broken. After updating with this version the update appears again. No matter how many times I update, it keeps coming back again.

So , the app is good, works perfectly. The standard shipping to Romania takes a while , but it's worth it since the cases are so cute.

I have spent several hours today looking for matching cases for my Macbook and iPad as I am going back to school and don’t want to take the chance of dropping them amidst my travels even with my shoulder bag since I will be walking around the room taking tests on them. While trying to find what I was looking for, I came across reviews stating that your products were some of the best on the market being well drop tested, secure, affordable for their protection, and having cute styles were my main draws to your company. I spent a while on the web browser portion searching, however I ran into complications when trying to navigate the “back” arrow as your website either didn’t want to respond, would take me all the way back to the home page where I would have to enter all of the credentials again, or back to the very top of the page that I was looking at causing me to have to remember where I was and scroll back there in order to continue looking. After battling through that for a couple hours, because the designs really are very attractive and I wanted to give you guys a fighting chance, I decided to download the Casetify app in hopes of having a smoother and more user friendly experience. To my dismay though, upon opening the app and reading through the list, the in app services are strictly limited to cellular devices of the Apple brand and not any other product on the market or on Casetify’s actual website/web browser. I was just using today to browse, and unfortunately due to all of the bugs I have faced with Casetify and Etsy’s prices being about half that of Casetify’s website, along with the fact that I can still get the protection I need, with everything still being fully customizable, and I would still be supporting an independent artist, I’m going to have to choose to go through Etsy. As I stated, I can get both of the cases I need fully customized from an independent artist with just as much protection as what your company is offering for the same price as I would pay for one of your cases. If I’d like MORE protection than your company, Etsy offers that at around the same price for some of their products that are even leather bound and engraved. You have beautiful pieces, but if you would work on your user interface, I’m sure you would potentially get more sales. I wish I could have tried out your company as I’m sure your products are amazing and I have heard nothing but great reviews from my favorite creators, but sadly it all came down to your we

I’m on my 2nd case from here with the same results. Down the side of the case it separates from the side and back of the case. These cases are not cheap and for what I’m paying for them I’d like to get more than 6 months out of them. At first I thought they were defective but my oldest just had to replace hers for the same reason. I’m definitely not hard on my phones. I’ve never had any damage to my phone. Very disappointing…

Nothing works

The app is absolutely horrible. I have never ordered a case from here and wanted a durable customized case. The app alone will deter potential customers. Everything takes forever to load. It took a little bit to load the page where I even have an option to import photos. When I am trying to place the photos they just completely disappear where I have to start over. It creates a bunch of errors on you. As someone who was looking forward to ordering a case and becoming a customer, I am very disappointed. Onto Amazon to see if I can find a good durable case on there.
