Hi, I am here to help other people , this app is amazing but I can’t take things away from my cart , I tried everything and making the quantity to 0 but I couldn’t even change it , chose wisely I say , I do have an iPhone 12 but this app dosnet work so well

This update ia broken. After updating with this version the update appears again. No matter how many times I update, it keeps coming back again.

So , the app is good, works perfectly. The standard shipping to Romania takes a while , but it's worth it since the cases are so cute.

I love everything but the price..

I tried to customize my own case and when i updated your app you did not have XR. I was disappointed because before I updated it I bought a case a while ago and it fit but now I cannot purchase a phone case from you. Otherwise your options for creating a case are great there are so many styles to choose from! It would be great if you get back to me. Thank you!

I love this app and the cases! It’s sooo good, but it takes FOREVER to download! If anyone else has this problem, your not alone.👍🏻

I just got this because my cousin loves it. It keeps showing this stupid tutorial and won’t let me do anything.

I placed an order and it was "on hold" i then tried to fix this by replacing it bc i thought i made a mistake. The order then got doubled, they took the money from my account for both of them & sent an email to my apple.id account (which you cannot access) when they have my number that they had already messaged me on saying my purchase was processed. Now i dont have both of the phone cases but yet i paid for both of them. I tried to reach out to them w my personal email, they say you have 12 hours to be able to cancel an order yet they dont respond nor do they give an option on the app to cancel it for yourself. So if getting 1 middle finger wasnt enough they gave me 2. Congrats

This app is not only incredibly hard to use, it doesn’t give you the option to add a text onto the case, only images. This app is glitchy, not user friendly, and they make you download a whole separate app to shop their collabs and then a different one to create your own. Are the creators of this app INCAPABLE OF MAKING A USER FRIENDLY APP. I now am a hater of casetify. WILDFLOWER IS BETTER AND THERE APP IS AT LEAST USER FRIENDLY
