Although catholic health may be a renowned healthcare provider; if you happen to be of the lower income bracket without any family assistance you are pretty much left to die on the side of the road; the app has consistently displayed ERRONEOUS information, and if you complain about some very obvious facts, it seems as if they want to further discourage your journey to obtain medical attention to address your health concerns. It’s appalling that in this century we are still being mistreated based things outside of our control, such as the color of your skin, or your sex at birth; this should stop and Catholic Health should address those concerns…

There should be a a search button for all documents. This system is very frustrating for avid researchers, I can imagine older patients who are not as computer savvy. So sad!

I keep getting messages on my home phone which we don’t use anymore and it asks me for my account number not my other ? Number? Can some please tell me first why do you insist on calling my home number and not my cell number,631-767-3408 and then when I call back asking for information that I don’t have ! Why can’t you just have a live person tell me what you want or send me a bill in the MAIL ! Why all this aggravation with phone calls to the wrong number ?????

Where do doctors come up with information and accuse a patient of being an opioid dependent when the information is false and incorrect. Write it down so everyone can see without a patient knowing where this is coming from. I find this very upsetting, definitely not true false information.Doctors should ask first get the fact from the patient. Or maybe they don’t want to here that it was a doctor that was a drug pusher?maybe that could be a fact. Don’t mean the patient took or was on these medications just because they were constantly prescribed by a doctor. Not all doctors are what they seem to be.

From the medical providers, to appointments, to being able to see my X-rays or sonograms right in the app! Catholic Health has truly revolutionized how us patients access our medical history and gives us a portal to discuss the important details directly with our providers. So grateful - thank you Catholic Health!

Every professional I came in contact with gave me the best care! From the treoce to the house keeping staff - were so friendly & extremely caring. The nurses did their procedures with gentle professionalism . And the food is good! Nice people as well.
