Food dispenser schedule drops a full day worth of portions. Never had that problem before. Maybe time for an update eh

Took a good few tries to get connected the first time but eventually got it set up and now seems stable. I’m mad tho that I didn’t thoroughly review this app before buying the pixi. Not being able to have a schedule per day is really unacceptable. Like, I am a varied person who sometimes needs my Monday’s and Thursday’s to have separate and distinct feeding schedules. Would also be nice if there was a way to set the day as a deviation. Like a temporary override schedule for the day.

It takes 4 hours sitting on the floor to have a successful connection, what the hell!!!!!

I have had my pixie feeder for almost a year now and I’ve loved it, however all of a sudden the portion control is out of whack. I touch the button once and it dispenses usually between 3 and 8 times. Sometimes it only stops bc there is an obstruction! I wake up to it just over flowing the dish. I find myself using it like an over priced storage container now. Update: I woke up to it actually over flowing. It’s set to release 3 portions not fill the dish and then some.

Apparently this app is about signing me up for the other services offered by the company. The entire login flow was end to end marketing. I got way too many “icky no-s” from the barrage of marketing first from the packaging, then the company website, and finally from this app to continue. Do not recommend.

Wifi connection is stable. I would recommend a way for the feeder to notify the user if no meal has been dispensed. I would also like to make different schedules for different days (in order to better control the caloric intake since the smallest portions are slightly too large). Thank you

Even with regular cleaning/maintenance (I wish there was a way to completely disassemble the pump to clean it inside) and filter replacements, my CatIt PIX fountain completely stopped working just 2 months after the 1 year mark (which I suppose is how long the warranty last?). Feels very much like programmed obsolescence! Very unhappy with this and intend to contact CatIt to place a complaint, but they most likely won't do anything about it. (Oh and forgot to mention the APP is terrible, I didn't have it on my cell so I was wondering why... It's because I deleted it right away).

here are the issues i had with this feeder: •connecting app to device was extremely difficult •despenses tiny bits of food •the settings you preset for automatic feed keep resetting and disappering so not useful for presetting •machine despences food earlier than setting set in the app reading reviews and other people had the sake issue

Tous les appareils catit que j’ai eu ont tout eu le même problème. Au bout d’un mois, ils se déconnecte tous de l’application et pour les connecter c’est un désastre ses super long et difficile à reconnecter. UNE MISE À JOUR SERAIS VRAIMENT IMPORTANT pour résoudre le problème ( je suis très déçu pour le prix que ont les paye nos appareils )

Trying to set up my Catit smart (stupid) feeder. Apparently not supported by 5G network?!? WTH if I’d known this I would never have bought the damn thing. It’s going back tomorrow.
