Use the app with the PIXI smart feeder (no camera). Was easy to set up and schedule periodic dry food snacks. But, it does not allow you to set up different schedules for different days. As I primarily manually feed my cats wet food on days that I’m home, I would like to schedule the feeder to give a dry “lunch” on days i work outside of the home. Perhaps this could be added as an option in a future version of the app.

Garbage; first version worked fine, no reason to change it. Catit updated to this basically to show ads but didn’t test anything. Now I cannot use my smart vision feeder as it crashes on open when trying to view it. They wasted a bunch of time on serving ads as opposed adding functionality, like the ability to set a complete schedule for the fountains

I’ve been using these feeders for almost over a year and they’re great BUT it needs improvement. They did release a new update however it now doesn’t tell me or notify me when my cats are being served their meals. I also would find it beneficial if we can post pone a meal for a day or time incase we want to adjust not delete and rest for everyday gets annoying after awhile.

We just got our pixie vision smart feeder, and after we set up our account and got the feeder connected to wifi we can’t do anything else. Literally every time we click on the feeder to get the initial settings set up it just closes the app. We have tried it on two phones, we have tried restarting the phones, we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app all with no success. Unfortunately, that means we cannot set up a feeding schedule, make it dispense food, or anything else.

I use the app for the Pixi Smart Feeder (without camera), and it gets the job done as far as setting an automated feeding schedule. You create a single schedule, and then toggle that schedule on or off for the days of the week. However, there’s no ability to set different schedules on different days, nor the ability to skip individual meals if needed. For example, there are times I’ll change it up and feed my cat wet food, but I don’t want to then feed her a second full meal. I guess you could argue that the current scheduling system helps enforce a regular feeding schedule, but I think a little more flexibility would go a long way.

I don’t need to be notified about every single successful feeding, I want to only see notifications for low water/food!!!!

For $120+ dollars and requiring the app, this feeder should work on a consistent basis. It worked well for 2 weeks and the weekend I actually went away, it didn’t feed at all. The app no longer allows me to change the feeding schedule and I get no low food or meal dispensed notices. For this price I do not recommend this product as it has zero use with no reliable and functioning app.

Trying to set up the WiFi, but it wasn’t able to connect. I realized I made a typo in the network name when I went to retry and am not able to edit the text field. The password field is editable but the name field is unresponsive. There’s a refresh button you would think would clear everything, but it doesn’t do anything. I reached out on the website so hopefully the bug gets fixed soon.

Since the last update I cannot change the servings size of scheduled meals. The + and - signs no longer activate. It used to work just fine before, and it also works on my Android device as expected. A new bug, perhaps? Please fix it.

Started out great. Then the feeder would just go offline and I’d have to unplug then plug it back in. Notifications are driving me insane. I’ll get a low reservoir notification and open the reservoir to see that it’s full, but it’ll ping low through the app literally every 2 minutes. Over and over and over again.
