CATLINK

Completely impossible to connect this device to my wifi. It just consistently stops when trying to configure to the network.

I do not like the new app layout or how the information is used. The app no longer distinguishes between each of my cats. Please allow users to download just the cat box part of the app, I don’t own any of the other Cat Link items, nor do I want to. Bring back the previous version, this one is junk.

Biggest issue I have is with logging in. After creating an account, I try to log in and it tells me my creds. are invalid. Okay, fine, I’ll reset the password. Nope! The email address is invalid. Fine, I’ll try the account creation process again. Guess what? The email address is invalid? Invalid how? I don’t know cause the app (and website) won’t tell me. Somehow I managed to get logged in but then I made the mistake of sharing my account with my spouse which logged me out and now the pain starts all over again…

The catlink pro luxury works fine when nothing goes wrong. But when things go wrong, they go very, very wrong. And it just exposes how bad the whole thing is. I accidentally turn off the wifi function when I cleaned the machine. And when I turn it back on, the wifi was blinking indicated there is no connection between the Catlink and the phone. And now I cannot re-connect them, cannot unbind to start a new connection. Just. Frustrating.

There is no place to register from the app. So that I registered from their website, then use the user name and password to login the app. But the app won’t let me login and asked me to register first. Stucked and so frustrated.

…the poorly written directions for registering and connecting the unit to wi-fi. I have an M.Ed in Instructional Design, and would be willing to provide assistance. Clearing up this serious issue will create positive initial customer experiences, potentially increasing referrals. The end result is more units sold. I look forward to your response. N. Bowerman

Purchased the Cat Link on Amazon several months ago and had yet to install the App to iOS. Just installed today and well, all I can say is what a disappointment! Doesn’t recognize my credentials, therefore create profile on website, go back to App and Nada! I WILL be contacting support if there is such a thing!

I bought this about a year ago and so far I’m about probably 80% happy with it. Very disturbed that they keep saying they’re going to get a extended warranty and it never is available and they give you the runaround. Also, sometimes it doesn’t empty and I have to do a clean myself overall it’s an OK machine, but I wish that I got a different one with a better warranty.
