Why i am not getting option of click and collect in my app??
Worst app all over world
I haven’t seen worst online app like centerpoint. In order delivery its take 5..6 days . If you want to connect with agent ,you need to wait more then 25 min .nothing is good of this app.
Poor service
The delivery has to be delivered yesterday but still product not received yet. This kind of behaviour is not appreciated. I have to board a plane tomorrow afternoon but the promised delivery date has been extended. I am truly disappointed with the customer service department for not having a proper response. I’m still waiting for proper response from the team, if In case delivery being delayed and i fly abroad who will be responsible for my per paid product?..

The worst service and assistance ever, if I could give 0 stars, I would.
Zero customer service
Worst experience ever on any online shopping platform. Deliveries take ages. Refund never happens. Customer care has no clue about anything. Have raised at least 10 requests for a pickup and refund in a month - no response! Please save your money by shopping elsewhere
No refund received yet
Ordered 3 shoes on sale from Centrepoint . I have not received my refund till now. Name Ahmed Muhammed from the centrepoint customer care was very rude & passing wrong information that it has been credited. Later when i confirmed him that I didn’t received any refund from my bank then he said it was not refunded from centrepoint till now. Centrepoint has very poor quality of service in payment refund and pickup service . Customer literally gets frustrated and annoyed on this issue. No calls or update yet .
