Working bad without WiFi , hard to operate with map,

After last update don’t open on iphone XS. Fix please

As mentioned above, pls fix it

The so called Wifi extension by apps download is never work. Needa receive a SMS every time when get into this airport

need to download app to extend wifi use, such a shame for an international airport

In order to get the Changi point I have to upload the receipt in order to get the point . While uploading the receipt the apps bot Max is useless keep on asking me to login ! I tried it 2-3 times and I gave up . Why make it so difficult ?

Way too much trackers. Load extremely slow

Please stop logging out members by default every time. It makes the app highly impractical to use at the last mile, so have completely given up.

The apps is not functioning during critical time when we urgently need to check on the gate number. Not deserve world best airport title at all.

The IU is difficult to navigate, I can never get to the parking page from the home page. I could also never get the parking promo to work.. had to talk to the Changi customer service multiple times but I never end up getting the coupon.
