Tried your app in Singapore. Never mind taxi drivers who can barely speak English, they can't even find you! It's both the app's geolocation and rubbish pick up spot interface. Wasted an hour setting up the app and waiting for ordered taxis who just pass by the approximate location you ordered, give or take 50m and put you as "no show", which makes it impossible to get the car you ordered.
I also suspect car number mistakes, as once a driver miraculously passed by me looking for the person who ordered the taxi and find nobody. And I got another "no show" as he disappeared, the car with a different number.
Conclusion: the taxi stands, even with queues, proved a lot faster and more efficient at actually getting cars.
False adv on fee
You will be charged $8 booking fee and 50% overnight surcharge. But none of them is mention before booking.
Not sms sent
Useless as I never managed receiving sms to register. Please help. I am using a HK mobile.
Was great, quality is slipping
UI/UX bugs now appearing. Investment in money making features seem to be prioritised over basic quality and usability.
App works well, but call center needs training.
Booked through app to swab test location in advance. App showed they cancelled paired taxis twice previously. Then received msg “KINDLY CALL 6333 1133 IF U GOING FOR SWAB TEST”. Called to book, person said i have already booked, “so why you call this number?!” (Rude much?)
I asked if booking in app is confirmed?
Person proceed to rudely say i can’t book twice (duh...im asking if my booking is confirmed, helloo..), and “you already called just now and talked to another my colleague right?!” ( It was my first time calling. Perhaps they confused me with another person. Still, rude overall. 🙄 Urgh. )

App does not work well, can’t pair with taxi for netsclick, keeps crashing when booking cabs, ‘discounts’ cannot be used since the app cannot pair when payment is being made. Disappointing.

this version slower than last to load, asks for email address (why?). last was bad enough. can the tech savvy govt-linked-conpany pls have someone who has developed apps before to do a proper taxi app when there are already so many to benchmark from in the world. thank u
