Difficulty logging in data
Like the previous commenter, I have an iPhone 11. The last ten days or so I have had difficulty logging in my exercise data. It lets me log in the pre-exercise details but it doesn’t always offer the post-exercise details. Then when I save it, the pre-exercise details disappear from the app so it appears that there is no exercise information. It totally disappears and all that is left are my vitals. This does not help me to keep track of my overall exercise. I cannot update or reenter the details. It totally disappears. I am working with my provider but thought I would comment here as well. I was able to enter exercise details for today using my iPad rather than my phone. I will continue to use the iPad to see if it resolves the problem. I only gave a three rating. It would be five if it consistently worked. The lower rating is due to the malfunction.
