Takes long to get card released even after providing information that services were never received or appointments even made for a charge not mine.

I use the app for FSA and Childcare as well. It is so easy to get reimbursed and to look up qualifying purchases. Much easier than the website!

EOB SmartScan feature doesn’t work

I can log in on the website. It says “download the app”, so I do, because apps usually present data in a different format that is sometimes easier to digest. Try to log in - fail. So I double check the login information. Yep, it’s right. Notice the part at the bottom that says “find your account” - click that. It allows me to enter my information and pulls up a crappy mobile version of the website that I have to scroll side to side on and can’t really navigate well. Try again to log in to the app - nope, can’t validate me. My husband has had the same issue from his device trying to log in on a different day. It’s a crappy app that isn’t worth the space.

No problems

Poor explanation of what is required for reimbursement. Difficult to get ahold of someone. Stay away from this app and company if possible.

Easy to use!

This app is so much easier to use than our previous benefits plan. Everything you need to do, can be done through the app!
