Awesome Company

Very awesome company very good customer service and very easy to deal with

Mobile Submission of Claims Issue

App keeps wanting a 5 star review. When I select maybe later it kicks me out of the app. Many of my claim submissions error out and I have to keep hitting the submit button. Then when you sign in for the first time fir a new year not only do I have to do a new password and have a code text to me but then have to have 5 new security questions- REALLY!!

Constantly logged out of the app.

Constantly logged out of the app. I forget my password and have to make a new one. Happens almost every time I login. It is very annoying and a nuisance.

Edits?

The mobile app does not seem to allow one to go back and correct or edit reimbursement submissions.

Slow, terrible app!

Very Slow, takes a long time to upload receipts and errors out when uploading more than 1 pic at a time and signing agreements has a bug

It is constantly requesting a new username & password, new security questions, etc. I understand the need for this but it is excessive.
