ChefKart - Your Place Our Cook

Made me download the app and create an account and now I can’t even make a booking or search for chefs. Subscription option has completely disappeared. Only Part option keeps popping up on the screen and I’m not even interested. Worst experience!

Completely unprofessional group of people who are calling the customer 10mins before booking time to inform that chef is denying to come! This is just plain ridiculous. Shut down the business if you can’t cater to people needs. Asking me to shift the booking to 3pm for lunch! This is just unprofessional and insensitive! My senior citizen parents are waiting at home!

Used it for good 5-6 months Initially it was good but it started detoriating with time. There is no customer help service or direct contact with company. Dont fall into this trap. I wud not recommend this to anyone i care about to use it on daily basis. Party function u may use their service. But as a consumer i feel cheated.

No proper feedback, no proper response, worst customer experience. Finally, after multiple calls multiple chats, they simply say that Chief is not available.

We needed a Chef because of both cooks taken leave and recommended by a friend of ours . The chef cooked really tasty food , hotel quality and neat and delicious!

Very unprofessional behaviour, cool got cancelled on last minute and whole function spoiled , don’t rely on ChefKart .

Utterly horrible experience. I booked them for a party. The chef added too much salt in every food item. Extremely salty food that we couldn’t even eat and had to throw away. Waste of money and time. My guests hated it and I felt bad for even serving them that. The basic thing a chef can do is know how much salt to add. After the incident I tried to contact them so many times, but they never responded or resolved the issue. They will never call you back. They said as per policy you have to contact them immediately regarding this…. Guess what I contacted them the second the food was served, but they never responded. The food was also served 3.5 hours late. Imagine having guests wait for so long and be served trashy food. Never again. I’m so furious even writing this!!
