Единственное приложение где есть геометрическая коррекция для анаморфных линз, имею в виду не обычное растягивание, а именно коррекция бочки. Если б не это, то да, можно было бы и на БлэкмаджикКам сидеть. Лупа при фокусировке - полезно тоже с анаморфной линзой, потому как стандартный фокус там глючит сильно. Из минусов - видимо из-за обработки приложение иногда начинает тормозить при записи, иногда при этом результат нормальный выходит, а иногда в корзину. Возможно это связано именно со съёмкой на морозе и со стареньким iPhone 12 Pro, но не точно. И ещё приложение почему то тормозит когда меняешь SS, а для Angle - нет.

The best app for capturing high quality video with the right settings priorities. Works great with external recorders via Lighning-USB adapter and with external microphones. There's a great manual settings mode with Shutter Angle priority. When shooting through an anamorphic lens, there is not only automatic desqueezing, but also manual correction of geometric distortions. The author has added the ability to set the maximum allowable ISO value. There are several priority shooting modes to choose from. The developer of the application promptly considers suggestions for improvement and regularly releases updates with improved functionality. Thank you very much, Thomas! When shooting video in this app, even at maximum quality settings, the iPhone does not heat up as much as in other well-known apps, and the battery lasts longer. If you choose the ProRes codec, the video often comes out with a constant frame rate (you can find this out in the Mediainfo iOS app)! And it doesn't need to be re-encoded. Such videos will have no mismatch with audio from external audio recorders and are ready for editing. Switching between priority capture modes has become easier since the last update. In photo mode, the app also allows you to select the camera and take pictures with external lenses, which is impossible with the regular Camera app.

I submitted a ticket, asking if display LUTs could be used when shooting an Apple LOG. Within five minutes, I received a detailed reply, explaining that this was a feature in the works, but for now, there is a simple workaround. It works! The app is well thought out, easy to use, and I particularly like the multipoint focus pull feature that competing video apps don’t have.

Tested every other “cinema” camera app and none of them come close to this, yes it does cost $7 for it but it’s a LIFETIME buy, not monthly like all these other ones while offering the same amount of features and even more, this app truly helped a ton before I had the money to get a actual cinema camera. 11/10 would recommend to any serious cinematographers!!!!

Probably the best I’ve tried and I’ve tried almost all of them. Gorgeous image quality. Dense, configurable display and options. Has features I didn’t even know I wanted or needed like real-time distortion correction, facial focus tracking, and rack focus presets with adjustable focus pull speed. Only a few things I can think of that would be nice to have: -Second device remote capability like Filmic or Catch @ Camera -Apple Watch app for remote control -Custom LUT import -Torch intensity adjustment -More robust options for motion blur when simulating slow shutter long exposures
