App keeps crashing when trying to see statues so I can’t add any time to my dryer. very poorly designed app

Contender for the worst app and service of 2024?

Terrible app and can’t refund under £5 but doesn’t tell you that anywhere. Machines are very unclear on the price and the app is not user friendly as half the options do not work. Worst experience for something that can be easily done elsewhere. App only confuses everything

this app is actually garbage. it is the most useless thing since prime video ads. i am actually unable to put into words how much i distain this application. also why do i need an account to clean my clothes. better off using a toothbrush and doggy doo doo.

Circuit is one of the most disappointing laundry services I’ve encountered. The machine connection is faulty, and the transfer to a Bluetooth connection from the previous QR code system was unnecessary and a distinctive downgrade. I was also unable to upload funds on either of my cards despite the fault lying with this app, not my bank. I hope the individual at Circuit who may or may not read these reviews knows this not to be a degradation of any one of their individual efforts, but that they are unfortunately employed by a company who considers it acceptable to put out a faulty product. Shame on Circuit.

This app offers no additional functionality to the previous app and is even randomly crashes MORE. They also steal your money in the following ways 1) They force you to create a new account where your previous credits are not recognized, even with the SAME email 2) They then charge a 3£ fee on all refunds and don’t allow refunds on 5£ or less balances 3) They don’t offer transfers between accounts

If I could I would give it a 0/5. What is the point of creating a new app when it won’t even work LOL. The entire service relies on the app….so why does it have so many issues. Circuit Laundry is well known for being glitchy and non-user friendly. They have no customer service they have random outages and you will be provided no help.

Totally a disgrace

I spent £8 on a faulty machine, the money was gone the first time, I came back and half the clothes were soaking wet, the other half was dry. Tried again and stayed with it, the machine wasn’t even spinning so I had to wait another half hour to open it. I’ve been busy with uni work to apply for the refund and a few DAYS later they say it’s too late to get my money BACK. ? Not only did I lose my money, I didn’t get a wash, and had to pay again elsewhere. This is fraudulent behaviour done by a criminal mastermind… I’m convinced.
