I truly love having the vibration feature!
Admittedly this is what I got the ring for, it works for me, it does a good job of waking me up in my lighter sleep phase, helps me a lot with sleep inertia, to my knowledge no other smart rings do this as of now
The ring worked for an about a month, then several software upgrades came and bricked the ring. I have gone back and forth with customer support for several weeks. They are in France and only respond every 24 hours. They also give excuses and always tell me to drain my rings battery over 2 to 3 days and recharge. I believe this is just a delay tactic they use. Would not recommend!
Warning: This company gaslights you and is not trustworthy. I purchased a Circular ring hoping to track my sleep and daily activities, but what I got was a defective product and a customer service experience that can only be described as a nightmare. Here's a detailed timeline of my frustrating journey: Timeline: May 7, 2024: I reached out to Circular Customer Support for the first time, explaining the issues with my ring not reporting sleep data and the alarm not going off. May 10, 2024: Maxence from Circular responded, asking me to place the ring on the charger and follow some basic troubleshooting steps. Despite following these instructions, the ring continued to malfunction. May 13, 2024: After several failed attempts to fix the issue, I was told to let the battery deplete completely and then recharge it. Again, this did not resolve the problem. May 28, 2024: I reported that the ring still had issues after following all the suggested steps, including a factory reset and reinstalling the app. June 5, 2024: I was asked to download the NRF Connect app to help diagnose the connection issue. Despite following these instructions, the ring continued to fail. June 11, 2024: I updated the firmware and app as instructed, but the ring still showed no data and had battery issues. June 14, 2024: I was informed that they have a 14-day return policy, which I had already exceeded, and was offered a partial refund. This was unacceptable given that the product was defective from the start. June 25, 2024: I continued to report the same issues, but received no meaningful help. The ring would sometimes connect, but no data was recorded, and the battery drained rapidly. July 14, 2024: After nearly three weeks with no resolution, I felt completely gaslighted by their customer support. Despite promises to escalate my case to their technical team, no real action was taken. July 15, 2024: I was told again that the decision to replace the ring rests with their technical team, but it was clear they had no intention of actually replacing it. August 18, 2024: I once again reached out via email to support. The reply the next day was another gaslighting message: "Thank you for your message. We're just waiting for our technical department to get back to us with the following information. Rest assured, if we cannot find a solution for your ring, we will replace it. I'll get back to you once I've heard back from the department concerned." Conclusion: Circular's customer s
First I bought the ring and had to wait for at least 9 months to receive it. I’m now on my 3rd ring since the other two became non-functional. Their technical team does not address issues, rather too busy trying to add more features so it takes over a month for them to realize and acknowledge that the ring is “broken.” Now the app won’t even open and it’s been two months since that occurred. You’re better off with Oura!
I had to wait almost 6x months to get the ring in my hands. No more than 1.5 month since I received it and minimum I have had removed/ installed the apps due to poor sync with the ring. All in a sudden a software update came up, since then i have not been able to get my ring paired and working. Fed up honestly speaking. Wasted money

Great ring & app. When it works. With every upgrade to the app my ring stops connecting. So very annoying. Once it had to be completely recalibrated. I had lots of contact with the helpdesk. They were very nice but not helpful. Lost all my old data. With this recent update, it is not connecting. Again. My concern is that I will have to recalibrate again. Then I will trash it. The battery on the ring has also gone way down. It was 2 - 3 days. Now it barely holds for 24 hours. Great ring with good data, when it works.
The app crashes after ever update and erases workout data (even saved) and any other data that hadn’t yet any time to sync. If you are trying to use this track longitudinal trends, it is useless. When it works, it’s fine, it just doesn’t work about 30% of the time
This app is hard to use. Not intuitive and has very limited features. Now the app or the ring is broken and they do not sync up. It just stopped syncing. I disconnected the ring and now cannot reconnect it for months. I contacted the support team. They are responsive but clearly not able to solve the issue and asking me to just wait for no apparent reason. You might want to think twice before buying the ring, if something goes wrong, you might end up like me and not being able to use it for a long while. From the look of it, I’m not sure they will be anle to resolve my issue at all. Update after the developer response: As I mentioned in my review above. I have already contacted the support team. Almost 2 months now and the issue is not resolved. Still waiting for 2nd level support response.
