Check-In History
I’m getting conflicting stories. When I noticed that my check in history wasn’t accurate I called in one day to ask why. The guy said it’s because when you scan in the gym, there’s something the front desk folks needs to click on once you do…so that’s what I believed. Today we go and there’s people at the front desk when we scanned in. Doesn’t look like they clicked on anything. So what is it really?? Should the scans auto populate to the app? Or is this something staff needs to on their end?? When I called again today to ask, they said it has nothing to do with them and it’s the app….im starting to think it’s the first reason and some of these front desk people aren’t doing their jobs. One today was just sitting there and watching an anime movie…..🙄
