City Tour Worldwide

I tried to buy a ticket. They charged my card but I never received a ticket. Apparently they have nothing in Mexico City

no bus location, no map, no visibility of already bought ticket. With having only roaming downloaded an app while on wifi and in the city couldn’t find stop as no signs for City tour! underground tour, golden, big bus have signs, and this- no map in app, no signs, dissapointed:(.

Don’t trust! Shows bus stops in not right place!

À Madrid, point d’arrêt des bus non ou très peu signalé, la localisation des bus de l’application est ridicule et impossible de savoir combien de temps à attendre…. Bref, en comparant avec d’autres bus similaire, notamment à Barcelone, entreprise non recommandée sauf si vous voulez perdre quelques euros.

Impossible to be located by the app so very difficult to find a way in a city we don’t know. Even after buying tickets… Impossible to manage reservation/purchases. A lot of crashs from the app, freezing, starting from scrach.

Je ne peux pas télécharger Tanger, pourtant sur le site vous indiquez que cela est possible?!?

No live location for buses which the website promises. Stops aren’t clearly shown on the map. In Mexico City the city tour buses are actually branded turi-bus, and no mention is made of this. Wasted 2 hours just trying to find where to board the bus.

We are in Madrid. The app shows the bus route so it has a good map. What it needs is a description of EVERY location, not just a handful of them. There should be a way to click on a stop number on the map and read about the location. They do not provide that info on the paper maps on the bus, either. We want to know what we are seeing and why we should visit the stops. The audio on the but is ok, but we miss a lot of info because they continue to describe the stop AFTER they pass it. I am very disappointed in this app

Pick-up times and locations are wrong, and app is buggy.
