City Tour Worldwide

I tried to buy a ticket. They charged my card but I never received a ticket. Apparently they have nothing in Mexico City

no bus location, no map, no visibility of already bought ticket. With having only roaming downloaded an app while on wifi and in the city couldn’t find stop as no signs for City tour! underground tour, golden, big bus have signs, and this- no map in app, no signs, dissapointed:(.

Don’t trust! Shows bus stops in not right place!

Die App ist nur ein Plan, der die Routen zeigt. Echtzeit zu sehen, wo welcher Bus ist, wie auf der Website versprochen, funktioniert nicht. Auch die Navigation und Anzeige der nahegelegenen Haltestellen und Sehenswürdigkeiten funktioniert nicht.

J’ai été débité pour des billets à Barcelone qui ne sont pas arrivés. Aucune réponse du service après vente! Déçu…

Bus driver said it’s been broken for 2 months.

No live location for buses which the website promises. Stops aren’t clearly shown on the map. In Mexico City the city tour buses are actually branded turi-bus, and no mention is made of this. Wasted 2 hours just trying to find where to board the bus.

We are in Madrid. The app shows the bus route so it has a good map. What it needs is a description of EVERY location, not just a handful of them. There should be a way to click on a stop number on the map and read about the location. They do not provide that info on the paper maps on the bus, either. We want to know what we are seeing and why we should visit the stops. The audio on the but is ok, but we miss a lot of info because they continue to describe the stop AFTER they pass it. I am very disappointed in this app

Pick-up times and locations are wrong, and app is buggy.
