Used their services twice. First time they didn’t bother to clean the spots on my shirt. Just washed in a machine and that’s it. I gave them a second chance. Second time, they didn’t bother to clean my dress. Just ironed it and send it back to me like this. My complaints about it were ignored for 2 weeks. I’ve sent a few mails and messages to their phone numbers. Looks like scam to me! Can’t recommend this company. Very disappointed. It’s not only about money, it’s about my time wasted and experience as a customer.

At first I was skeptical to see what they can offer, but it was totally worth it! Fast, reliable and quality service at just a fee clicks. Definitely the best there is! Personally loved how they care and take care of their customers. Godspeed!

النجمة بس عشن المناديب سريعين ومحترمين لكن الغسيل سيء جداً ولا كأنك غسلت والسعر مبالغ فيه وبحذف هالتطبيق الان

للاسف تجربه فاااشله الملابس البيضا ترجع رمادية والكوي معفس ما يسوي المبلغ الخيالي اللي دفعته عسان كم قطعه توووبه اخر مرة ✋🏻

كان ممتاز مع تحديثكم للتطبيق غبي جدا - لا يقبل الايميل ولا الباسورد ولا يوجد تحقق فاستنعت وقمت بفتح حساب جديد ورقم جديدرجعت نفس المشكلة والتحقق QTE لايعمل تكررت نفس المشكلة وكذلك المبلغ لايخصم بشكل مضبوط تضع كاش يقلبها شبكة وان وضعناها شبكة يقلبها كاش وهذا يدخلنا في احراجات مع مناديب اغلى شي سويتون هو تطبيقكم وتحديثه لا يعمل

تم استلام مني سجاجيد و لحافات و لما يتم استلام منذ ١٥ يوم و اتصل عليهم و مايردون احذروا منهم
