Used their services twice. First time they didn’t bother to clean the spots on my shirt. Just washed in a machine and that’s it. I gave them a second chance. Second time, they didn’t bother to clean my dress. Just ironed it and send it back to me like this. My complaints about it were ignored for 2 weeks. I’ve sent a few mails and messages to their phone numbers. Looks like scam to me! Can’t recommend this company. Very disappointed. It’s not only about money, it’s about my time wasted and experience as a customer.

They claim to offer dry clean services and charge a significant amount for it, but they return the clothes normal wash with hot water. They ruined my suit.

The worst cleaning company in KSA ! Do not download !! They ruin clothes and never return with any support after !! Zero customer service. Worst application.

Punctual , on time and good quality services

This company is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company that i saw, they damage my brand new limited edition CHANEL shoes and they deny at first and after they said they will do refund they send someone to pick the shoes and after that they stop responding on their number.

Clean line is the best. They have unbelievable customer service. The dry cleaning is ready so fast. Also they respond right away. I would not use anyone else.

I HAVE SEVERAL BED SHEETS AND CLOTHS WORTH THOUSANDS DAMAGED BY THIS VERY VERY POOR SERVICE COMPANY! HORRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE!!!
