After update annoying ads appeared, like there weren’t enough profits from laundry itself. Also doesn’t connect to washing machines…

- You are forced to enter your email - You are forced to enter your phone number, this is then verified - You are forced to top up your account before using the app, and before you are shown how much it it will cost - app is very slow, a ‘spinner’ is very often shown

Never had a problem with the app malfunctioning!!

At first the app was okay, then over the last 2-3 updates it doesn’t allow me to load money onto the app unless I log completely out then back in and even then sometimes it still won’t work. It always says my funds aren’t verified, but shouldn’t they be verified as soon as it’s taken from my bank account? The app has a terrible time connecting to the servers and often just won’t. I’ve been double charged multiple times and Customer support never gets back to you when you reach out. The refund appeals through the app do NOT work , even though it says it will refund it to your account it simply does not. If you don’t have to use this app and laundry service I wouldn’t. It is not worth the hassle

This app is awesome. I use it every week. I never have to scramble around for quarters and it’s super easy to use. Just download it and go.!

Haven’t had any complaints which is nice. I appreciate not having to deal with coin machines. Company responds accordingly & appropriately.

Great app - nice to not need quarters anymore to use the machines! The app is easy to use and reload funds - has worked great!
