After update annoying ads appeared, like there weren’t enough profits from laundry itself. Also doesn’t connect to washing machines…

Only works for US mobiles. Can’t contact anyone to offer any help. Basically useless if your a visitor.

Like a previous reviewer, I had to download this app to do a single load of laundry on holiday. The minimum I could load onto my account was $10, but a wash and dry costs far less than that. So I have unspent money on the account that I won’t ever use again. There is an option in the app to allegedly have money refunded, but the only option is to “refund to my mobile account”, whatever that means. Anyway, I submitted that request over a week ago and have heard nothing back… There are no contact details so I can’t email customer services about it. Which is a shame, because actually the app worked well in terms of paying for a washing machine etc.

The top-up machine in the hotel lobby would only accept US credit cards. Downloaded the app, but the registration process required my mobile number but failed to transmit an SMS verification code to a foreign number. Totally useless system

If you’re a tourist, you maybe forced to use this app at a hotel to clean you clothes. To wash your clothes is $2 but this app forces you to make a minimum refill on your app of $10. So basically, you wash your clothes for $2 and then they keep the $8 dollars. It’s a con!!!

Never had a problem with the app malfunctioning!!

At first the app was okay, then over the last 2-3 updates it doesn’t allow me to load money onto the app unless I log completely out then back in and even then sometimes it still won’t work. It always says my funds aren’t verified, but shouldn’t they be verified as soon as it’s taken from my bank account? The app has a terrible time connecting to the servers and often just won’t. I’ve been double charged multiple times and Customer support never gets back to you when you reach out. The refund appeals through the app do NOT work , even though it says it will refund it to your account it simply does not. If you don’t have to use this app and laundry service I wouldn’t. It is not worth the hassle

This app is awesome. I use it every week. I never have to scramble around for quarters and it’s super easy to use. Just download it and go.!
