Sulle istruzioni per attivare la carta non fanno riferimento al fatto che serve avere un numero di telefono, ho dovuto comprare un numero pagato 20€ per poter attivare il servizio

Acquistate 3 carte da 100 euro, attivate ma dice sempre “carte in attesa “ Supporto clienti inesistente non rispondono. In pratica 300 euro perse Truffatori

The Liveness check during identification verification step is unnecessarily hard to do. I have tried more than 30 times. Moved my phone based on the instructions, adjusted the lighting, tried not smiling, tied my hair for clearer capture, untied my hair and copied my smile and hairstyle in my passport, etc but none worked. Liveness check is not unsuaul for financial apps but i never encoubtered this difficulty in verification before.

I bought a card to try out, with €500. It loaded onto Apple Pay on iPhone easily and was good to use until got to what I guess is close to using all the funds. Transactions started to get declined. It is difficult to reconcile card balance with transactions used on the card. The app doesn’t clearly show all the transactions. There was a shortfall in funds when you total the balance with the transactions. You are left unsure if it’s just missing transactions or is the app incorrectly reporting the balance values. It’s a shame as the idea is great.

The app has a bizarre FaceID like head-tilt scanner to validate its use automatically against a passport or drivers license photo. Which didn’t work. Not recommended.

If KyC is mandatory in your onboarding flow it has to either work or inform the user of what is not working because it can be extremely annoying to constantly try to complete the account setup just to see silent failures it’s annoying

Very easy to use got an email and there was my card. Took me 2 mins to add it to my phone.

Brilliant app to view my exact funds. Very simple to use. CleverCards are miles ahead of any other gifting app I’ve used previously. Very seamless upload of CleverCard to Apple wallet from App. CleverCard is accepted worldwide so I could use my voucher absolutely anywhere.

Such an easy to use, handy app. Works exactly as expected!
