I don’t see any point for the existent of those cards

Still haven’t managed to get app to work. Buttons don’t work. Screen freezes, customer services don’t respond via chat and just email later to say all is ok when it isn’t.

this app instantly asks for ID verification but constantly pops up an error saying the issuing country selected and the ID don’t match lol.

I waited two days and they never replied to emails, and no one was ever online for the online chat.

This card is not instant. Being was waiting for over a week

I lost my wallet and had to order new cards, luckily a family member had send me one of these kept me going until the new bank cards arrived 10/10 You can use the cards anywhere contactless can be used and can even be used online too

Tried both drivers license and passport in good light. Repeatedly. Gives us suspiciously quickly, likely buggy.

simply the part where you have to check your documents doesn't work, I've already tested several positions, ways and the like, and it still doesn't work, for the love of God, improve this system of yours, because it says there that it will take 1 minute to check, when this application doesn't even do the basic thing of uploading a photo

The Liveness check during identification verification step is unnecessarily hard to do. I have tried more than 30 times. Moved my phone based on the instructions, adjusted the lighting, tried not smiling, tied my hair for clearer capture, untied my hair and copied my smile and hairstyle in my passport, etc but none worked. Liveness check is not unsuaul for financial apps but i never encoubtered this difficulty in verification before.

I bought a card to try out, with €500. It loaded onto Apple Pay on iPhone easily and was good to use until got to what I guess is close to using all the funds. Transactions started to get declined. It is difficult to reconcile card balance with transactions used on the card. The app doesn’t clearly show all the transactions. There was a shortfall in funds when you total the balance with the transactions. You are left unsure if it’s just missing transactions or is the app incorrectly reporting the balance values. It’s a shame as the idea is great.
