Clicks – ClubCard and Pharmacy

You cannot store the easy pay reference and have to re enter it every time you make payment .

I think an app upgrade possibly signed me out and since then I have tried various ways…passwords/ID/club card no/…still not able to sign in. Not even resetting my account worked (tried that a couple of times) Don’t know anymore, ran out of ideas. HOW do I sign in?!

Have downloaded this app 4 times and cannot access at all. When I try to load my card just to be able to log in it says there’s an error and I can’t proceed. CLICKS PLEASE SORT THIS OUT?!?

I know we are moving with times but the new app is not user friendly. It bores me to the core. And again why change something that is working perfectly fine.

Website seems a bit slow in response times.

The system always fails and doesn’t refund immediately have to deal with arrogant customer service personnel

The upgraded app doesn’t allow me to get discounts at the till point in the store, instead it wants me to place an order and provide my delivery address details. Before the upgrade I could tick the item I was interested in and pay at the store for a discounted price.

The new app looks good, but I hardly open it any more. Half of the time points don’t reflect, it’s aways on 0.00 and pharmacy scrips (which is the reason I got the app) hasn’t worked once since the app was updated to the new layout. I am also constantly automatically signed out. None of this was a problem on the old app. New app is a disappointment but it could be great if all the functionality works.

I could save my regular bill payments in previous versions of the app, now I have to input the EasyPay number each & every time I transact a payment, increasing the chance to make a mistake.
