Awkward to use, nuisance to install, marketing gimmick
An Amsterdam canal boat operator required us to use cumbersome app to view tickets. Quite frankly, the staff who I encountered were quite apologetic about the fact that we had to use the app. Several hours before using the app, my single ticket displayed 1xAdult (even though we were a party of five … you had to find the ticket details (rather obscurely hidden) to see that it was for five people. Worse than that, at quarter of an hour before the tour, the ticket mysteriously vanished from the application and I had to queue in the ticket office in order to get a handwritten ticket to board the boat. The obvious aim of the application is to send you irrelevant and unsolicited tourist attraction sales promotions. The end result however is to demean and diminish those operators gullible enough to agree to using this worthless, cumbersome, intrusive application.
Werkt niet
De kaartjes van musicals worden niet meer gekoppeld.
Als je contact zoekt met de service zeggen ze dat de telefoonnummer niet klopt. Terwijl die wel klopt met de app

Super handig, makkelijk, duidelijk en overzichtelijk.
Super commercieel
Zo jammer, de parkeertickets staan er dan weer niet in, verder allemaal super comnercieel. Begrijp werkelijk niet dat hier nu weer een aparte app voor nodig is. De lol voor de show is al voor een groot deel weg voordat het is begonnen.

Geen papieren kaartje meer nodig, voldoende informatie vooraf
Kidstour
We namen de kidstour, helaas was er ook een grote groep uitgelaten jongens bij, waarschijnlijk van een verjaardagspartij, de gids was superstreng en wilde graag nogal in de hand houden. Gelukkig mochten we nu op ons zelf de tour doen, onderweg waren allerlei andere gidsen die ons onderweg geduldig te woord stonden. Toch nog een geslaagde middag!

Leuke app met voldoende info en updates.
Alleen jammer dat de routeplanners alleen voor geselecteerde events werkt.

Na downloaden aangemeld met telefoonnummer, daarna vraagt ie om een code. Deze is nergens te vinden, Dusartplein weer gedeleted.
Veel te onduidelijk.
Super gehad
Bijna alles goed geregeld en georganiseerd. Alleen de drankjes bij de bar, waren of lauw, of we kregen ipv een grote beker met desperado een kleine beker omdat ze op waren. Maar wel dezelfde prijs berekend!!! Bijna 7,- Het ging ook heel langzaam, maar goed, alles daaromheen was super geregeld!!
Dus nu 95% goed, volgens jaar 100%?

Heb erg genoten van de goede dj’s en de mensen, die echt aan het dansen waren, heerlijk!! Tinlicker was m’n favoriet!!
