The CNB Bank app experience is subpar. The interface is outdated, glitchy, and slow. The navigation and layout is poor. The app often needs closed and reopened multiple times before it will actually let you login; even then it will freeze on a blank screen. The app is in need of a refresh particularly focused on making all functions smoother and decreasing load times.
Better than old app still clunky
Cnb as a bank that I love them. I live in Clearfield Pennsylvania with their headquarters is and they’re always happy to see me but the online app is clunky. I get a lot of notifications for our connection error. Our networks busy when I have full bars of service and I’m on Wi-Fi shut the Wi-Fi off that it works sometimes so I think they’re just trying to fix up the app and all, but overall took it up when it works.
Updated app
I’m not impressed with the update on the app. It kicks me out after seconds all the time. I can’t even see the words I’m typing right now it’s all white. I hate it. Hopefully someone can read this.
Transfer
Called and spoke to Dustin about a transfer that was to be taken from a clients account on the 5th. He said he could not speak to me about another persons account. Instead of telling me that CNB system was down for automatic transfers. Created a problem. Not happy at all with his lack of response.
Easy
It is so easy to use this app!
New update
Ever since this new update, I have to remove the app and reinstall it every time I sign in. It’s a complete nuisance! Somebody did something wrong somewhere!!!
Poor
This isn’t even an app anymore, just a web-view into the website. Can’t deposit checks anymore if you even can get into the “app” due to so many spinner loading screens. Such a useless app. My wife has android and it’s perfectly fine but this apple “app” is terrible
Get a real developer PLEASE
This app is terrible. I’m considering closing my account it’s so bad. Fingerprint and Face ID randomly stop working and the last several versions I haven’t even been able to set them back up again.
Not Happy
I too have a hard time logging in. Every time I try to login it always says invalid user/password. So I I try again and again and then I’m locked out, call the service people, etc. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with “Kristen” as she had to release it several times. We get all the way thru, she stays with me as I login, got the temporary password changed, every thing is fine, they go to verify, they send me a code, I put the code in - won’t let me in. So I do it again. They send a code, I put it in - won’t let me in. Now it won’t even send me a code. I need to use the Zelle app which is thrust my banking acct. So now I’m waiting for a customer service person to pick up. Even without using Zelle, I’ve always had to go thru the same thing. Terrible. Just terrible. Once you get in the app works fine.

I use the app daily but added a new fingerprint
and the app won’t let me load fingerprint ID
