I used it in 2019 when it first came out. Really poor service from a provider on this app. I complained and was basically told it wasn’t Cobone business. I’d suggest people using Groupon if possible

Hi, i am Zack from saudi Arabia. The app no doubt is good and useful for the foodies as there are good deals but when it comes to other deals specially related to clinics i would suggest not to use cobone cheap deals as the doctors and staff in the clinics will treat you strangely and also all the services mentioned in voucher will not be provided. Proven and tested.

Registration require OTP, but I never got the OTP to be able to register. Contacted support on WhatsApp but it was useless. A broken system

من تجرّبه شخصيا شريت قسميه ورحت الفندق وحصلت الفندق فل وتواصلت مع التطبيق رفض يرجع المبلغ ولازالت المشكله بينا قائمه انصح بعدم التعامل معهم حيث لايوجد تنسيق بين الفندق والتطبيق تشتري تبلش وتضيع فلوسك

Be careful and do not buy anything using this app. First, i tried to use but i went to the hotel to check the price upon entering and it turned out that the hotel is already making a discount. My second experience is that I bought 7 coupons for me and my family via the app but it was very hard to get in touch with the hotel as they do not pick up my call. I went to the hotel with my family and they refused to let us get in as it was full and it requires booking ahead of time. I talked to cobon team to return back my money and they refused to return it and every time they gave me a different answer and eventually they closed my ticket. Unfortunately this not a Saudi app otherwise my money wouldn’t be stollen but it’s a lesson for me.
