Запрос на возврат был сделан на 1316 дирхам, товары отправлены обратно их курьером, часть даже не была вскрыта, вернули только 824 дирхама. Отслеживать невозможно - только сидеть с калькулятором и вручную подсчитывать, сколько не вернули. Какие товары не приняты и по какой причине - непонятно. Без объяснения причин, втихую поставили другую сумму к возврату. Сейчас все подсчитываю - такая же ситуация с другими заказами у них. Закупалась много, в итоге попала на довольно крупную сумму. Телефона поддержки нет, только бесполезный чат типа ‘no worriezzzzzz!!!!!!’, который не решает ничего.

I paid for things online, they brought me half, not the whole order, 4 months they do not return the money. dont trust them they are scammers!!! they cheat people, sell bad things or take money and don't deliver the order. I'm going to the police tomorrow!

Full of bugs, dim witted and slow. Couldn’t perform basic searches, even providing exact product names. Had to browse categories to find. Worst shopping experience on an app to date.

Great variety of products at all price points. I have purchased dozens of things from them including equipping my entire gym from them. As long as everything goes ok with your order and you don't have to deal with their customer support it's all smooth sailing. Enter Customer Support... possibly the most frustrating display of incompetence I have experienced with any online retailer. The simplest of billing issues and it takes dozens (literally) of calls, chats and emails to even get a response... and then you wish they hadn't replied because explaining it over and over again is like talking to a brick wall! We're talking about something as simple as the difference between ONE product and TWO pieces of the same product! 1+1=2 !

I purchased a pair of Vans Boots, I have now received 3 separate pairs and all are damaged, it seems that they are old stock and the glue has stopped working possibly due to storage conditions. The process is extremely long and no quality checks completed prior to dispatch.
