I’m trying to use the app because the card I have for some reason isn’t working and the card dispenser is empty, but the app is being impossible They shouldn’t give the option of entering international numbers if they’re not going yo work Secondly, after I finally register, I can’t figure out how to add money to the balance. It rejects every card, credit or or debit, canadian and non canadian, it either marks error or asks to pay from a bank account, for which it only gives two options neither of which I have. When I called support, the person who answered wasn’t exactly patient or helpful and they made me buy a value code which I can’t even use because the card I have isn’t working, even though I told the person that it wasn’t working, so there I wasted ten dollars. I’ve been struggling with this for two days, please do something to make this less of a pain

It is very convenient and useful. You can check the machine on your phone and choose the appropriate time for washing and drying. Save waiting time!

I live in thirty congress every laundry experience is stressful because machines are broken down or barely hanging on. We pay to use your service and anyone who loads a card has to pay a quarter 0.25 for broken washers that you have to wash twice a pray the laundry isn’t gonna be sobbing wet which is why the second wash in first place. And dryers are no better. Do better please!
