There is no option for appleid login. My existing funds are gone ! Update: spoke their helpline on 1 (800) 561-1972 and the issue was addressed. I have access to my account and funds there in. Hope anyone else who has the same issue can contact on that no. (Took it from google) and get the issue sorted. Hope this helps !

Very easy to use

It just sucks. Opens about half the time. Thinks you’re adding time when you want a full cycle, and the moron who installed them used the same numbers for washers and dryers, and then installed them across from each other. So when you’re try to start one machine, it thinks you’re adding time to the other one. Installers need to take their socks off and count their toes, if that’s what it takes…

Signed me out and can’t sign back in Aswell doubles charges me and can’t get my money back when I submit support request.

I really like this version of the app. It works smoothly; I can start the machines, and check the status of its cycle fast. I hope the developers keep improving it.

Kicked out of app. Currently had funds loaded on Apple ID account. No option to log in with Apple ID. Can’t access current funds

Way easier than constantly getting coins!!
