I can’t logon using the same user/password that I use to logon via the web interface. If I select ‘forgot password’, it doesn’t send a password reset e-mail.

1 star is too many for this app. Can’t reply discussion at all

I just set up my account and then downloaded this app - but the un/pwd is not being accepted. Tried the ‘forgot pwd’ option but its not sending the password reset link. Useless!!

Can’t log in. When I put my password in it tells me I now need to reset my password - the one I literally just set up. Annoying but ok. When I try and do that my Face ID pops up and signs me in somehow and then I am stuck on a blank page. Can’t go any further than that. Please help!!

This app has potential, but it appears that the developer is not interested in addressing the bugs that result in constant crashes.

Can you provide an update? This app has been down for weeks

The app was fine b4 can open no problem now having problems to open why ???

Worst app- doesn’t even work

This app is useless, there is no support, it has been down for ages and it just says to retry, no response from anybody with what the issue is.. don’t waste your time with it

Can access the web portal, but the app doesn’t recognise my username so it’s completely useless. Strata managers need to be careful pushing lot owners onto these sorts of things if they simply don’t work. Doesn’t inspire even a little extra speck of confidence in an industry where Strata owner-occupiers are often treated as hapless cash cows. At the very least could you offer a free app that actually works, you think??
