Confirmed but not confirmed
Hi I sharing my experience, I have order for yezzy pirate black shoes and sizes was available . I have placed an order which got confirmed and amount was deducted. Now I’m waiting for an order confirmation but nothing after two days. Later I call the call center they say they cannot find the order. After many calls they told me the order was canceled and don’t know when they will refund my money. Just be careful and make sure that you get a confirmation email as soon as you place the order. Otherwise they will not tell you that your order is canceled and they will keep the money if you don’t follow up. Now I lost the shoe I really wanted and later finding out that it is canceled. So confirmed is not soo confirmed as they say. Really bad experience and most call centers are not so helpful after being a global brand. Shameful
