Disgraceful App
The adidas App, Uk and confirmed are absolutely terrible, even webpage is poor. I genuinely haven’t had a worse experience anywhere else in my entire browsing and shopping experience. A big brand like adidas should do better.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used
I can’t buy the trainers I want on the site apparently, I have to download this piece of garbage app and try to reset my password 4 times only to be told that ‘the items in my cart are sold out’ even though I can see the size I want is available. Do you want my money or not adidas
Pretty good
It could be better but the overall app is pretty good and they can earn points to buy with or gain rewards. It is a tad difficult to find what you want but if you want normal adidas clothes I would recommend the actual adidas app but pretty cool and niche. Would definitely recommend getting it.

Nice and easy to use with super fast delivery.
Clunky process
Not very intuitive process. Never clear what is required info while trying to load details. I.e. selected Applepay as preferred method, then it just sat at ‘loading’ until I started looking further into it, needed to confirm billing address, though it wasn’t asked for. This seemed to be a theme throughout process. Perhaps it will be better for future purchases, now info is stored.
