This is exactly what you want in a star app without all the information overkill. It does the constellations an d planets very well and is easy to use once you set up the location. Perfect for beginners and veteran stargazers!

Does not update on opening. Stars not shown accurate position. Is not working.
Wonderful app! I use it with my 8” dob to star hop for DSO’s. I wish it could calibrate to align with stars so your could strap it directly to a scope and make it an instant go to rig. No complaints though! Give it a go - you will love it too.
This sky map shows Messier, NGC and constellations and let’s me freeze a time later in the night so I can plan my imaging session. Perfect, simple excellent!
It was better before you added the sliders at bottom of screen
I like the app, but is always off 15-25 degrees left or right. I’m not sure how to calibrate it so it lines up correctly with the actual stars.
