THIS APP IS EXCELLENT AT KEEPING TRACK OF EVERYTHING YOU EAT & HELPS YOU WITH MINDFUL EATING- I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT & WASN’T DOING VERY WELL THEN I STARTED USING THIS APP & IN THE FIRST DAY I LOST 1/2 A KILO AS I WAS SHOCKED THAT MY EATING WAS GOING WAY OVER THE CALORIE VALUE TONLOSE WEGHT & I WASN’T DRINKING ENOUGH WATER (TO MY SURPRISE), PLUS I WASN’T DOING ENOUGH EXERCISE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP- IT HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER FOR ME & IT’S SO EASY TO USE (A FEW THINGS STUMPED ME BUT THERE IS A ‘HELP TIP BUBBLE’ THAT YOU CAN ACTIVATE FROM THE SETTINGS MENU). JACKY (THIS IS A REAL RECOMMENDATION).

Simple to us and to the point which is to monitor diet with weight. I left it for some time for another but found the replacement having far too much superfluous information , suggestions et etc which deviated from my main aims of just eating simply exercising and losing weight.

I have had so many issues over the years with my weight and I finally realized that when I used this app it made a huge difference in keeping me on track. Thank you to the app creators for keeping it simple. Love the positive messages too.

Returning from spinal injury, and a lot of weight gain. This app is just the best. Love it. This is the app I used years ago, to get to peak condition and running marathons. So happy it still works, years later

Easy and quick to use, is helping me with my weight loss

Love this app but was hoping that if I subscribed I might be able to print my diary to send to my health professional. Unfortunately not so. Big shortfall. The subscription would make it worth it. Please consider this improvement. I think it would be a big plus. Otherwise excellent database of Australian foods but not useful for my main needs.

these is no linking available to any fitness or health app - if this was available I would probably give it a go
