I’m trying to get at least 2-3 shifts in a week but since I have installed it, I have not had any shift

I’ve been approved to work since September and I kid you not every single job I have signed up for has been rejected somehow… I’ve got a decent amount of experience working in retail and hospitality and this agency refuses to acknowledge that. If you are looking to join this agency, don’t bother.. You have a better chance winning the lottery than working a shift with coople.

I’ve been with Coople for only a couple of months. It’s a bit difficult to get your first job, but after that it’s amazing and they venues are top notch that we are sent to. Good rates as well. Thanks Coople.

They don’t match you on time. they don’t pay on time. they don’t even allow you to do jobs you are qualified for.

Wish could give 0 stars!!first my passport is not getting approved (showing in review) for a long time and they only say keep applying at the jobs,when applying all the jobs are closed (the interviews has been shut) is written!!the hell with this app

Coople is the best to seek jobs, that’s all I can say, i don’t really recommend on here but I had to do this, they deserve 10 stars not 5😂

I will write this review as politely as respectfully as I can but like other users have mentioned there’s basically no way to get shifts if you’re looking for casual work on the side of another job. Why? Because most of the jobs are looking for chefs, or the ones that aren’t have some stipulation like ‘must work all shifts’ and then there’s about 20 shifts listed. I mean come on, who can commit to all that unless you’re on the dole. Before Covid you used to be able to pickup shifts here and there but the last couple of years, nothing. Then they have the audacity to say ‘buy these courses at 50% off’. Err no thanks! These are just a few of the reasons why most of Coople’s good reviews are from a long time ago. Look at all the recent terrible reviews and you must surely conclude it’s not a coincidence.

I worked hard for coople for a pittance. The thanks I got was a slap in the face from a spiteful employer giving me a bad star review without cause. I asked Coople to remove and they ignored my emails time and time again, not even an acknowledgement of my words. There is no doubt this company will fail. Take note from Jeff Bezos… the user is always right!
